Cultured Kitchen sent me three types of Cashew Cheese to try. It was my first time trying cashew cheese. I took them to a holiday party, and here is what people thought…
“Wow, this has the texture of cheese”
“This is a really good spread.”
“Where can I buy this?”
The herb and chive was the crowd favorite. The Smoked Chipotle, was great if you want an extra spicy kick. The original tasted the most like traditional chevre i.e. goat’s cheese. Any of the varieties would go great alongside your traditional cheese tray, and are a great alternative for your guests that avoid dairy products. They are available for purchase online.
The Cultured Kitchen’s purpose is to supply affordable and advanced healthy foods to residents of the greater Sacramento Valley or anyone wishing to have access to high quality health promoting food choices.
Rebeca and Tonya, are the women behind Cultured Kitchen. Rebeca founded the business, after growing tired of treating her physical ailments with antibiotics. She began by using garlic to cure her allergies–let food be thy medicine. Tonya cured her skin condition with a probiotic drink, it was natural that these two would be ideal partners for Cultured Kitchen.
I’m not saying Cashew Cheese is going to solve all of your health problems, but making better food choices can help. People listen to me, what we put in our bodies directly affects our health. . We are what we eat. Do you want to feel like crap? Eat crap. I don’t know about you, but I want my body to be running in optimal condition. I strive to fuel my body with foods that do just that.
Cultured Kitchen has many other quality products, I would love to try the Better Than Coffee Breakfast Drink or their Raw Energy Bars. I wish I would have had their cheese for our vegan challenge. I’m looking forward to following their growing business. Head on over to their online shop to check out what The Cultured Kitchen cooking up(everything is raw, so no cooking.)
